Are we... POSITIVE it's supposed to be read "Gaimu"? I'm no Japanese expert but I know that in my Chinese cartoons often a word looks like one thing but is pronounced another.

Kana cannot be read any other way. Gaimu it is.

I'm actually relieved this Kamen Rider Break rumor has been debunked. I was a little worried there for a second. This is great news IMHO.

Yeah, it isn't. The title is rendered in Kanji, which can have a billion different readings, and then in Katakana, which is phonetic, so "gamer" "game" and "gaimu" would all be rendered differently. At best, they might go with "Gaim" if there's any English on the logo.
