Tachibana was probably too traumatised at that time. First he couldn't fight properly as Garren, he had to work with the Undead, then his GF died, and used all his might to defeat Isaka. He probably just wanted a short rest.

Ryuki and Blade do too. Kabuto uses the English "Masked Rider".

It would make sense for a power set to not at first be considered a "Rider System" but then the user would earn the title through his deeds, if Toei wanted to go the "Don't say KR in the show itself" route.

I totally wouldn't mind this design. Considerring the fact that this was the first year I had to skip a KR series in my entire life cause I couldn't take Fourze seriously starting with his design, this makes up for it.

I'm just hoping that if this IS the design we're looking at, the big horn in the middle might be a little shorter in live-action.
