According to a forum thread on NeoGAF, there’s a media event taking place at Silverstone on May 15th to celebrate Gran Turismo’s 15th birthday. We did a bit of Googling in an effort to find out more, and rumour has it that a Gran Turismo 6 reveal could be on the cards.
Developer Polyphony Digital has recently updated software sales statistics for its Gran Turismo franchise and, as our source Gaming Vogue puts it, the results are “quite good”.
News comes via the US PlayStation Blog that Gran Turismo 5’s next software patch will arrive on September 25th, accompanied by three super sexy high-performance cars available to purchase from the PlayStation Store.
