Star Wars: New The Force Awakens TV Spot Soars Online
The summer movie season has almost come to a close, but that means the fall and winter summer movie seasons are almost here, which means the long awaited sequel to Star Wars, Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens, is right around the corner. Until that time, fans can only enjoy the trailers and such that have given teasing glimpses of the movie so far. Today, the Star Wars Korea YouTube trailer revealed a new TV spot for the film, which you can check out in the player below.
The new TV spot actually features some new footage from the film, including a look at an amassed force of the First Order army at the faction’s base. The base looks to be located in an icy mountain area. In addition, it also seems there is a bit more of the voice-over from the character played by Andy Serkis, now currently known as Supreme Leader Snoke. After the voice-over of Snoke says, “There has been an awakening,” later in the TV spot there is audio of him saying, “Have you felt it?” In the first trailer, which featured Snoke’s voice-over, he only says, “There has been an awakening. The dark side and the light.” The other footage appears to be recycled from the previously two released released for the film. Still, it is nice to get a couple new snippets for the upcoming sequel as the release date moves closer.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens finally arrives in theaters on December 18.
