Father of the Bride Remake coming to HBO Max
Father of the Bride was a hit comedy franchise that got remakes and sequels. The original version was way back in the 1950s, but it is the 90s version that left more impressions. For a mere budget of $20 Million, it made $129 million at the box office. The family in the 90s movie then are Steve Martin, Diane Keaton, and Kimberly Williams. It also spawned a sequel back in 1995, and during the Pandemic of 2020, The cast made a pseudo-sequel with the use of zoom. People thought Father of the Bride 3sh would lead to an actual sequel, but it didn’t. Now a modern reboot will tell this story from the perspective of a Hispanic American family. Fathers prefer to have sons, although they are frequently emotionally connected to their girls. They mourn when daddy’s little girl gets married. Father of the Bride is a famous narrative about how parents deal with change, particularly when their children marry while another does not. Father of the Bride Remake: Billy (Andy Garcia) will
Meet The Fourteenth Doctor Who
In the early 60s, England gave the world a seemingly eternal sci-fi series by introducing one simple idea: the main character was a traveling alien who changed their shape every now and then. The premise has allowed Doctor Who to run on the same continuity for over fifty years, give or take a few hiatuses. The Doctor is the original multiverse surfer, pulling that gimmick DECADES before it was trendy. Doc has now had thirteen forms, the most recent being female, but are they ready to change their race? The time has come for a more diverse Doctor, or to put it in the recent words of showrunner Russell T. Davies, “The future is here and it’s Ncuti!” He speaks of Ncuti Gatwa, revealed to be the fourteenth Doctor this weekend. His other acting credits include Eric Effiong in the TV series Sex Education and playing a character in the unreleased Margot Robbie Barbie movie. Going from Barbie to Doctor Who is a weird leap. “There aren’t quite the words
The Avatar 2 Teaser Is Certainly Blue
For a long time there’s been this crowd waiting with anticipation for one of James Cameron’s big pet projects to bomb. When reports came out of Titanic going way over budget, people thought it’d be that one — nope, biggest hit of 1997. When trailers for Avatar began showing up, and South Park accurately parodied the film before it was released, everyone thought “this is gonna be Cameron’s crash down to Earth,” but — nope, biggest hit of 2009. Thirteen years later, it’s almost time for Cameron to come out of his groundhog hole again, and the odds of seeing his shadow seem greater than ever with his latest being a sequel to Avatar. The thing about all those other films is that they weren’t repeats of what he had done before. It’s unproven ground for him — and that’s brought the familiar murmuring of “yup, this is gonna be the one.” We still don’t have the foggiest idea of what Avatar 2 is about, other than Jake (now stuck
Crunchyroll’s Full May Schedule Of Acquirements
The takeover of the Funimation library was not instantaneous. Due to contractual complications, not everything that’s on the Funimation app can cross over to the Crunchyroll app right away, and that’s the main reason why the Funi app is still a thing. They’re getting there, though. This month’s Crunchyroll release schedule heralds the arrival of many shows that were once Funi exclusives. Classics like Trigun and Initial D, cult faves like Space Dandy and Black Lagoon, and assorted other things like RE-MAIL and Link Click will be appearing on the menu over the next four weeks. The latter seasons of Fairy Tail are also debuting their dubs on Crunchyroll along with two seasons of ISEKAI QUARTET. Line War Launches On Steam
If you can draw a line, you can play Line War — the new RTS from Studio Centurion. It’s a streamlined version of a time-tested genre that makes an entire army very easy to control. From your overhead view, you’re controlling soldiers, tanks, plans and naval warships all at once — but doing so is quick and easy. Just draw a line from one point to another, and the signaled-out unit will advance. You can carry out multiple commands at once with your mouse strokes, leaving more time to think on your strategy. And while resource management is part of it, it’s been reduced to two elements: energy and capital. Keep those things balanced and you should be able to conquer anything. Line War supports two players, but can be enjoyed solo. Draw Commands. Create movement and attack commands by drawing directly onto the map, giving players flexible control over unit actions. Replay Again & Again. Randomly generate asymmetrical worlds to ensure no match or strategy is ever the same.

Sony created a reboot in 2010 was made to replace it, but thanks to this Tv series, The original continuity of The Karate Kid got restored. It was a redemption story of a middle-aged Johnny Lawrence(William Zabka), The villain of the first Karate Kid movie. From the first film’s antagonist, he became a mentor to an underdog, just like how Mr.Miyagi trained Johnny’s rival Daniel LaRusso(Ralph Macchio). Cobra Kai was so successful that it became a complete series. The Show managed to bring back nostalgic old fans and new fans who never even watched a single Karate Kid movie. Even though I highly recommend watching The Karate Kid franchise before watching this series. It is entirely optional because it will provide you with summaries of the movie. McFarlane’s Scorched #6 Is A Homage To 1992
It was thirty years ago that the trendiest writers and artists in the comic book business became disgruntled with the Big Two method of doing business and struck out on their own, founding Image Comics. It was a big risk, but it paid off, with the brand remaining an established presence in the comics market to this day. But now that Image is 30, they’re taking a moment to gaze back at their roots. We speak of the sixth issue of Scorched, an anniversary-type series in its own right that unites classic Image characters Spawn, Cy-Gor, Overtkil, Redeemer, Gunslinger, Haunt, Soul Crusher, Medieval Spawn, She-Spawn, and others in one super-team (that’s a loooot of 90s-sounding names, isn’t it?) The sixth issue will be especially nostalgia-heavy with a four-variant cover inspired by Jim Lee’s famous X-Men #1. Each cover contains a stand-alone scene, but when laid together produce one gigantic battle. “The X-Men and Jim Lee’s artwork have inspired a whole generation of new comic book artists, and I wanted to
My Fantastic Ranch Announced For Fall
Most management sim games are aimed at an adult audience, with dozens of complex decisions weighing on the player every second. If you’d like to get your kids into the genre, there aren’t many “light” examples out there — but publisher NACON and developer Piece of Cake Studios aim to change that. This fall they’re releasing My Fantastic Ranch, an entry-level management game, on modern devices. Players inherit a fantasy ranch full of dragons and unicorns Daily tasks involve welcoming new animals into the ranch, caring for the existing ones, and managing a riding lesson business. The latter takes the most care, from matching each student to the right animal, keeping track of their progress and hosting events and competitions. When your customers are happy, your rating rises. It’s simple stuff that most kids should be able to latch onto. “We wanted to create a management game that the youngest players can access, a game that makes them think and still leaves room for the imagination, and My Fantastic Ranch
Rising Of The Shield Hero Season 2 Rises Today On Crunchyroll
Contrary to popular belief, “turtle” and “tortoise” are not synonyms. A tortoise differs from a turtle in several ways: one, their shells are rounder and less flat than a turtle’s is, two, they live longer than turtles (longer, in fact, than most other life forms on Earth)…and three, they’re a lot bigger than turtles. But perhaps not as big as the tortoise at the center of Crunchyroll’s latest simuldub anime, Rising Of The Shield Hero. The Spirit Tortoise, one of the most dreaded monsters in the world, has awakened once again. His first order of business is to trample an entire community and he won’t stop there…unless someone stops him. That job belongs to Naofumi, hero of Season One, and his friends. But wait’ll he finds out this monster wasn’t meant to wake up at this point in time. Someone made him rise on purpose…someone who may be a bigger threat! Since Rising Of The Shield Hero is a simuldub, both Japanese and English voice tracks will be available on
Watch Disney’s Full Obi-Wan Kenobi Trailer
Disney had to have something planned for May the 4th, right? We were expecting the reveal of an entirely new Star Wars thing, but instead we got another trailer for a show we know is coming and will be here by the end of the month. The show is called Obi-Wan Kenobi, and you can guess what it’s about. It’s the midpoint between 2005 and 1977. Palpatine and Vader rule the galaxy. Being a Jedi is a death sentence, and nobody dares perform lightsaber tricks in public — unless they’re a Sith, who also get lightsabers (pretty red ones!) Ben Kenobi, the focus of our story, hides out on Tattooine while the Empire searches constellation after constellation for him. It’s a futile effort because canonically, Vader can never figure out he’s on Tattooine — but evidently Ben steps off his hiding planet at some point because this trailer highly suggests he and his former apprentice have a little meeting. Ewan McGregor returns as Obi-Wan, reprising the role he played in
