Voting for April's Tokusatsu of the Month

You could do Kamen Rider in one month, you'd just be watching 3 or 4 episodes per day.

What I love about this is that it's still only like an hour and a half of watching a day, most people watch more than twice that amount of TV a day. I pretty much took this approach in January of '08. Was an insane month that left me feeling more manly than I ever thought possible.

I'm not much of a binge-watcher usually but I'd probably be willing to try it if original Kamen Rider got Tokusatsu of the Month status at some point.

I have to say, though, a shorter show like Sazer X was kind of a relief to do this month. I sometimes miss a day due to work, family, booze, etc., and then have to catch up with a binge.

For B-Fighter it meant watching tons of episodes some days. The show's last arc was genuinely tough going. Sazer X has been a lot easier to manage.

Hmmm...

A) A show that's lacking subtitles for giant chunks of it. (Sadly, I can't really watch a large chunk of raws on my own anymore. If I was with a group maybe...)

B) A show I've grown to kinda hate having failed to get through it multiple times.

C) A show I... have actually never seen before nor heard all that much about.

Guess we'll be going for the unknown option!

And yeah, I think I can agree with the suggestion to have more short series in the future. It does make keeping up easier.

Keitai would be a pretty good series for that, it's shorter but it actually has a couple of double length episodes in there.

I voted for Keitai (I'll actually have time to keep up, next month ), because it keeps popping up when I search for staff and cast for other shows and I wanna know WTF.

If Keitai win's, then i suggest putting the Christmas Special, ドキッ♥X'mas捜査官, in the viewing line up.

It's a Clip show, but the framing device is SO funny i think it bears watching (it takes place between episode 33 and 34)
