I don't get when Darclops Zero as Techtor Gear Black, he has 2 eyes. But he's cast off, he has 1 eye instead. Can he change into 2 different eyes?

Have the following DVDs been released with English subs?

1. Cosmic Collision (衝突する宇宙, Shōtotsu suru Uchū?)
2. Zero's Suicide Zone (ゼロの決死圏, Zero no Kesshiken?)
