[Cartoon] Transformers: "Re-Animated" - TALK UP!

*Beast Wars: CGI is really dated by this point but story still totally holds up.
*Beast Machines: I fucking hated this series. Took everything I loved from Beast Wars & threw it into a furnace.
*Armada: Would've been a bit better with a less rushed production schedule and therefore finished animation/translation. Still a very weak story with bad character development for the most part.
*Energon: Terrible. Hideous animation coupled with 13 episodes of story stretched out into 52 episodes of show. An absolute failure.
*Cybertron: Liked it at the start but meandered too much. Just kind of weak.
*Animated: A very good show; some fans were turned away by the overly-stylistic artwork but there's definitely a lot to like here. And plenty of Easter Eggs for fans of all ages.
*Prime: I know this series had mixed reception but I liked it. First season was mostly good, second meandered a bit too much but Beast Hunters picked things back up & hit the ground running. I recommend giving it a shot.

I'd like to at least see Beast Wars II or Neo to judge for myself but fan reception has not been very positive.

I have no idea where you figure Megatron had a daughter (which is stupid to begin with), but they were going to do something with Black Arachnia and Waspinator in S4 had there been one.

Sari's protoform is derived indirectly from Megatron, so yeah, that happened. Making her a robot in the first place was dumb enough, but a robotic daughter was just stupid. Everything about her beyond season 1 felt tacked on , useless and predictable. IT never amounts to anything and no development comes from it at all, as if her character doesn't change at all.

They were also going to maybe introduce the Decepticon doctor from the ROTF film into Animated.

That is because Sari was going to be revealed to be a Pretender in S4 and they were going to do more with her.

I thought you guys are just fucking around. It's actually hard to tell when the explanation actually seems legit.

Makes me wanna rewatch the series.

Okay. I think I will give it a try. After all, I did met Steven Jay Blum (Starscream) and Ernie Hudson, who surprisingly was involved on that show too, during my visit to Sac-Con of last year.
