SHOUT! Factory had a booth at this year's Botcon and was selling copies of Beast Wars Season 1 and the complete series of Headmasters early. Headmasters doesn't hit stores until July, but I was able to pick up a copy there for $23. The DVD has Japanese audio with English subs. No dub track. And the subtitles use names from the US translation such as Optimus Prime instead of Convoy.
