Four hundred cycles have come and gone since the end of the Great War. The Great Upgrade was implemented forcing all existing Cybertronians to downsize. The Autobots rebranded and renamed themselves Maximals. The Decepticons technically no longer exist after being disbanded, those who stayed on Cybertron were forced to pledge allegiance to the Maximals they were monitored & tracked. The Decepticons who refused to pledge allegiance to the Maximals were banished from Cybertron. To prevent the Banished from becoming a threat each group had a Maximal spy placed in their midst.

The former Decepticons and sympathizers began to meet underground, those meetings eventually turned into terrorist attacks. The Maximal authorities at first treated them as little more than a nuisance, they dubbed them Predacons. Eventually they became a serious threat, the Maximal Council sent in waves of armed security personnel to flush out the terrorists, most were captured but the most dangerous of them all escaped and stole The Defiant Few, a ship designed to protect Cybertron in case the Banished came back & attacked.

The Maximal Council tasked the only ship in the area capable of reaching them in time, a recently launched research vessel on its shakedown cruise. The Unflinching Resolve was a research vessel and capable war ship, its class was designed after numerous research vessels were destroyed by hostile forces.

After an intense fight, a bright flash of light lit up the night sky as if it was high noon. It would be reported that the crew of The Unflinching Resolve gave their sparks defending the planet from the Predacon terrorists.

In truth The Defiant Few's transarp engine overloaded, to prevent the ship from being destroyed the Predacons opened up a transwarp portal. Due to the engine's damage the portal was unstable and uncontrollable; it sucked both The Defiant Few & The Unflinching Resolve in. When they emerged they collided and then crashed on to an alien planet.

Allegiance: Maximal

Weapons : A machine gun attached to his left arm and a flamethrower to his right in his robot mode. In beast mode he is limited to kicking

Personality: More biologist than warrior not ashamed to run away (and he loves to run!) if the odds are stacked against him. Nevertheless, if he sees someone in need of his help he'll stay and fight, using the machine gun on his left arm and the flame-shooter on his right to inflict maximum damage.

History: The Maximal who would later call himself Spitfire was stationed on The Unflinching Resolve not as a warrior but a biologist. However because of the potential danger lurking on alien planets, he did undergo basic training. After the crash rather then scanning a powerfull animal he went for the fastest animal he could find.

VenchiVenchi after reading your profile, something dawned on me, I forgot to include a weapons section. If you add that it will be accepted, as long as it isn't to outrageous.

Name: Drakon Prime

Allegiance: Maximal

Weapons: All the natural weapons that a dragon possesses. When in robot mode his dragon head and neck becomes his left arm which contains the ability to shoot fireballs just like his beast mode or it can generate a blade of fire which he can vary the length of, his dragon tail becomes a spear, the tip of the tail can open to reveal a missile launcher, and his dragon wings form a cape which can be brought to the front and used as a shield.

Animal Mode: Dragon

History: Drakon enrolled into Maximal Academy and eventually the Elite Guard, Drakon was tasked with exterminating the Predacon terrorists. During his last engagement with the Predacons he led an entire squadron into the catacombs; he was only to make it out. From that point he lost the taste for combat. He transferred to a research ship, which needed a captain and someone capable of protecting the crew.

Allegiance: Predacon

Weapons: All the natural weapons that a chimera possesses. When in robot mode the dragon head sets on the right shoulder and shoots fireballs, the goats head sets on the left shoulder, shoots ice balls, the snake tail becomes a staff that can bite its opponent injecting them with cyber venom, the lion head adorns the chest and provides only the ability to bite, while the wings form a cape but cannot function as a shield.

Animal Mode: Chimera

History: Chitera was once a Decepticon, he was created to be the answer to a question that Megatron stubbornly refused to ask. He came online just moments before the Decepticons lost the war. He bided his time. He falsified his history, turning himself into a prisoner that was experimented upon that erased all his memories. He eventually signed up for the Maximal Academy and eventually the Elite Guard. Once his training was complete he left in a blaze killing every bot in the vicinity and faking his death. He then set out to unite the various Predacons with him as their leader.

I have added in weapons and a picture for Spitfire's beastmode. But I have two small questions. If the rp goes on long enough will we have the option to go Transmetal? And if so can we at that point make Fuzors?

Transmetal requires a very specific set events to happen, for Transmetal to occur it would require the Vok Planet Buster to be destroyed in a Transwarp explosion. Since the Vok were my least favorite part of Beast Wars I don't plan to include them at all.

I have a plan that might be used instead of the show's way.

Fuzor creation in the show can be easily changed for the RP so just a regular pod crashing or meteorites could cause the damage required for the protoform becoming a Fuzor.

Animal Mode: Large Sooty Owl (don’t know if its lesser or greater but since most sites use the same pics for both, neither do most people)

History: Ghostwing hadn’t wanted to be a decepticon but during the great war there was really no other choice, most seeker models had joined the decepticons and therefore the autobots treated all seekers like decepticons so she and her two wing-mates joined megatron’s army since they were big and made decent warriors while she was smaller and served as the teams medic.

When all decepticons remaining on planet were reformatted into maximals, Ghostwing went with her wing-mates, however when she woke up she was alone and she couldn’t even remember their names. No one would tell her what had happened, and it wasn’t until later she found out that groups like hers were being separated in case they decided to plot against the new order. Eventually Ghostwing used her medic skills and put herself through science academy, she studies energon in all forms especially the effects large quantities have on weather patterns on the side.

Ghostwing can be rather one track processor, when it comes to her hobbies and someone coming in for a repair might have to deal with a bit of attitude if she was previously occupied which might make her seem anti social to those unused to it.

I'm going to create some NPC characters for both sides. No history for them just the basics. Of course the Maximals will be out numbered.
