The fact that the DVD/Blu-Ray release date was revealed A MONTH BEFORE the film even hits theaters means one of two things

1. Toei thinks that the film will be a MAJOR box office success.

2. Toei thinks this movie will be a box office bomb that will suck as much ass as Meshuggah and that home video sales will be alot better.

^ None of those options, it's standard procedure. The January Sentai vs. have a limited showing on theaters, the dvd is always released shortly after and announced in advance.

I think they're rebuilt, not "reused". During 199 Heroes, the 90s and 80s robots seemed to be only stock footage.

Edit: Not that I have a problem with it or anything. It's nice to see some older robots suits being remade too. Leaves more available for the future.
