Masked Rider V3
Akira Yamaguchi auditioned for the role of Shirou Kazami/Masked Rider V3, but lost out to Hiroshi Miyauchi.

Megaloman
Yuuki Kitazume, who played Takashi Shishidou/Megaloman, auditioned for the role of the kung fu teacher Takamine.

And a bit of guesswork on my part:

Masaki Kyoumoto may have been considered for Ultraman's new human host in the revised 1988 version of the proposed Ultraman series, Ultraman Continues (Zoku Urutoraman), in which the original characters from 1966 would return, and Hayata would find a successor to the Beta Capsule. Originally proposed in 1969, this became Return of Ultraman in 1971. It was revised in 1988 at the height of a big Ultraman boom at the time, until production was halted by overseas deals, which ultimately resulted in Ultraman: Towards the Future (Ultraman Great). I'm guessing Kyoumoto was considered, especially since he's a very big Ultraman fan. (Also, he dubbed Dore Kraus (as Jack Shindo) in the Japanese version of Great.)

I'm willing to bet that Kinomoto Minehiro (Kamen Rider Accel) tried out for Sentai at least once, since his name was coming up in casting rumours for a couple of years before he got the W gig. I definitely remember seeing him named as a potential Go-on Blue :sweat:
