Well when i lived in Puerto Rico i could buy kamen rider or sentai but after i came to the united states theres no trace,its like they dont even exist here:disappoin

They DO exist, however it's not a case of just walking into the store and buying some Kamen Rider (though I honestly wish it were.) Most of the time, you're going to have to buy it online.

Then there's the question of whether they are legit or not.

Super Sentai obviously does look like Power Rangers, since it's the source footage for it, but Ultraman? Kamen Rider? Those two are closer to Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad (Gridman was similar to Ultraman) and Saban's Masked Rider. While the latter is linked to PR, it's not PR itself.
 

While that's true, why must they punish US for those that doesn't live in Japan? I would've gladly paid them a lot of money for those shows with English Subtitles.
