...but doesn't Japan have their streaming sites that only they know about? We have Youtube and that's about it...since youtube is much more convenient than other sites for finding videos. >_>

Youtube is worldwide, so yeah japanese people watch the same stuff we do, hell most early footage of eps is uploaded by japanese people, hell I saw CJX's debut on some random japanese member's videos.

It's the same as say *insert company* removing episodes of lost or something, nothing wrong with it at all and it's in there right, you may notice they don't remove small clips but full episodes, fans have no reason to complain, if you want a show download it yourself or buy the DVDS

To everyone saying, "If they just sold us subtitled dvds we'd buy them and they'd make profit," I give you the following.

Because of the large Hawaiian fanbase, Kikaider and Kamen Rider V3 were put out on dvd box sets, but they already had something to go on. The shows and movies that Toei puts out now doesn't have the fanbase demand. Our numbers are small, and lets face it, MediaBlasters did license Kamen Rider THE FIRST and from what I understand it didn't really sell all that well. Every video store that would distribute it said it was in such low demand, they would wait for someone to ask for it to order a copy, and hardly anyone made those requests. It's possible the Amazon.com purchases showed more promise, but I doubt it. When you have such a small niche market, licensing for distributing in it just isn't profitable. If THE FIRST was a success, MediaBlasters would've gotten THE NEXT just as quickly. It didn't happen. In large part this may very well be blamed on people still watching the TV-Nihon sub, which while they took it down, I know a lot of people still had it and there's still digital copies floating around the internet.

To be honest though, I still have to ask... why are you people streaming these shows if there's fansubs of them available from the fansub websites? There's websites that provide raws to download if you're into that as well. Why are you people watching them on youtube? The quality is horrible, the episodes have to be split into multiple parts so you get a jarring disruption in your viewing, and you're not really showing much support for the people who make the subs. Hell, TV-Nihon offers shows in HD now, which is even better. And if you have a way to stream your videos to your tv from your computer such as with X-Box 360, you get the full experience of actually watching these shows the way they're meant to be watched!

So, yeah, it sucks that my henshin clip show got pulled off of YouTube by Toei, but it doesn't bug me that much because, hey, I still have the original on my computer to enjoy

Oh, and by the way, to anyone who makes the complaint that people outside Japan watching the shows provide a profit because they eventually buy the toys, that doesn't give much of a profit to Toei. That gives profit to Bandai. And if you're buying them used or second hand such as on eBay, Yahoo Auctions Japan, Amazon Japan, or Toys N' Joys... even Bandai doesn't see profit from that. Not the kind of profit you'd think would be enough to validate piracy of the show, anyway.

Well it seems that Toei doesn't want us to watch their stuff.

Oh well, I gues I'd better stop watching Super Sentai. No more Kamen Rider for me then. I'll also have to forget the fact that I watched a German dub of Winspector.

The thing is, there's a reason why they Americanize shows from Japan before we get to watch them. Because we are American, and.. OK so I'm not American I'm British.. but yeah still, we are American, and.. y'know we should all be watching American shows. We shouldn't be watching Japanese show, coz... well you know they're Japanese!! Although I have no idea why Japan are also sharing their shows with South Korea, Hong Kong and even France, and most of our shows get aired in Japan anyway... But still, we are American, and we should all be watching American shows.

So let's all stop downloading recordings from TV Asahi, turn off our PC's and tune into 4Kids TV every Saturday morning for our Anime and Power Rangers shows.

Come on guys!! You know I was being sarcastic!! Screw 4 Crap!! And as for Power Rangers, I couldn't give a rats **** even if being on Nickelodeon means the Red Ranger gets to go to bed with I Carly!! Kamen Rider OOO is gonna be aired this comming Sunday and I'm gonna DAMN WELL WATCH IT!!

And if I want to watch an American show I'll watch either South Park or The Simpsons or..

Guys, Toei may be pulling Toku clips off YouTube but come on. Viacom even tried to do that too. And you know what? Type in "Beavis n Butthead", type in "Spongebob Squarepants", type in "Nickelodeon", type in Rugrats, type in "South Park", heck even type in "Viacom V of Doom". How many results will you find?

You can probably ask that to Vegeta!!

So, what Toei's doing is equally as pointless as Viacom. No matter how many videos they take down they're just gonna be re-uploaded. Because people don't care about copyright crap. They just want to watch their favorite shows no matter how.

So unless Toei are gonna unleash a Toei "T" of Doom on us I'm not too worried.
