Threads won't load all the way?

I get this problem periodically where only half the Thread I'm viewing will load refreshing doesn't seem to help at all...does anyone else get this problem?

Our forum is in dire need of "table optimization."

Also, we'll be limiting our MEGATHREADS to 2000 posts... those are also kicking us in the junk.
