That's not out of the blue, that IS a fan-fiction. You cannot use the name of any other IP like that and have your characters be related to them in any way.

What's IP? :eyebrow:

Again..that's not a fan-fiction! And none of my characters are related to them, anyways. They're living in a different universe. You will learn soon enough once I reveal the story in the near future.

He has no reason to trust us cause all we do it mock him so why would he put it on the internet for all to see. Either way there's no reason to constantly mock his script every time he brings it up. If he fails he'll fail and if he succeeds he'll succeed but at least he tried. There's no reason to constantly make fun of him. That just makes you an asshole.

First of all.. what the ****?
Secondly, I didn't give any different advice than anyone else here.. @_@ You're just being a creeper.
Thirdly.. you know my boyfriend can see your passes, right?

Coming late spring, I'll be send my scripts to BBC writersroom. Just read there very, very carefully and I understand the rules very well. Looks like it's going to be one long journey ahead of me.

I'm looking forward to re-write episode one with very story-driven plot. Ever since I know what I'm doing. I've fall in love with Universal Lords so much. I've already bonded with the story itself and helps me to understanding the stories better.

I don't care if you guys think that this is Doctor Who rip-off. Let people in BBC writersroom decide that, not YOU, period! Anyway, I will let you know if I hear from them or not. I wouldn't be surprised if I make it through, though. I better be prepared.

I don't think it's a good idea to submit a fanfiction of a BBC series to BBC itself. That may ruin any chance you ever had of becoming a writer. They'll look for the cameras.

Everything you've said is what makes people think that? The fact that you said they came to you as an idea after watching Doctor Who. People are going to keep questioning your skills when all you do is talk up your project but never actually show it. Stop talking about it if you aren't willing to show you've got the skills to back up your claims.

Not everyone is trying to step on it, some people I've seen in the past have been genuinely trying to help him, but he likes being ignorant of the fact that someone might love to sue him one day for ripping off their IP.

You know there is such a thing as being able to copyright your scripts, right? And even if you didn't, you could probably select a trusted member or two. If you keep it to yourself, it's going to go nowhere. This is something all the best authors know, they're always going to be the worst possible critics for their projects, so yours will never improve if you keep it locked away.

And that's not even mentioning the fact that you do seem to lack the very most basic grammatical skills towards writing, you should work on that first.

This, this, and this.

That's because Universal Lords are of the same family to Time Lords. Time Lords are the cousin family to Universal Lords. That's how you people thinks that this is fan-fiction out of the blue.

For a example...Australia, yes? People of Australia are British cousins. You get that idea. The same goes to my story. Universal Lords are the Time Lords cousins. But Universal Lords are far supreme beings of all.

:nono: Australians are descendants of the British. It's like you're saying that your fanfiction is not a fanfiction on the basis that it in fact is a fanfiction. It makes no sense.

You can't base it off something else this much and later claim that it is original and that it has nothing to do with something even though you barely tweaked it. If this had clashed with Doctor Who at one point, you would have been sued and humiliated forever. Just stop here. You really don't want to do this.

If you do not know what the term IP means, then you really are not ready to be in this type of situation.

So you're basically saying you wrote a story kinda like.. how digimon and pokemon are both mini-monsters that "evolve" but they are completely unrelated?
