KibaRanger being exclusive is surprising. Thatt makes him and GoseiKnight the only sixth rangers to be exclusive. Weird. I guess he isnt that popular in Japan? We might as well expect Bouken Silver to be exclusive as well.

Yeah thats true but if he comes with any Akibaranger extras he most likely wont come with them. Just like they did with the others they brought over last time.

Actually that's not surprising at all. Typical Bandai strategy - first they release one, then an exclusive, especially for Toku related stuff LOL~ Also it depends on the character. Dairanger was kind a popular back then, especially with Kiba Ranger. So he's got some love over there, good enough to make him an exclusive!
Anyways... Cyclone announced!
