The S.H.Figuarts Thread's Sixth Ranger

I don't think we'll see the Goseigers. They went very popular, even in Japan and Mega Force probably won't have any affect, since Gosei Knight was exclusive and can't be released in the US now anyway.

With Akibaranger season 2 starting, I think we'll probably see a bunch more reds released for that and I'd bet Tyranno and Dragon Ranger will play into that too, with him being the first sixth ranger and being the main rival archtype.

I really hope we at least see Break and Doggie too.

I reckon Gosei/RoboKnight will be showing up at SDCC and/or NYCC as an exclusive in the vein that Shinkenred Kaoru did.

I imagine we would (at least) see Gosei Red. I'm not sure why they made Gosei Knight before Red to begin with...

I've gotta disagree there. They can't just avoid releasing rangers and riders just because the show was not the highest rated show ever. Sure, they will probably do more popular characters first, but they will have to do them sooner or later.

I think that too much One Piece has warped your perception of time....43 chapters is not "short", those epic tales of nonsense piled upon nonsense were just too LONG.

Nonsense? There was nothing in either of those arcs I would call nonsense. In fact, I think the anime did a better job with Alabasta because of the added events that occurred during their trek through the desert. The manga just moved through it way too quickly.

Because he's the one character from the show that was actually popular.
I understand that, but I would think that in regards to Sentai Figuarts, people are more than likely gonna fall into one of two groups. Group A. They collect all the Sentai figures released. Or...Group B. They collect just the Red Rangers. I don't like what little I've seen from Go-Busters, but I still plan on purchasing Red Buster. I would think that Gosei Red would at least sell from a completionist standpoint.

I figured it was more option C: People who wants to collect all the Sixes to display next to Gokai Silver.

My problem with Gosei Knight is its hard to figure out how to display him in a fitting spot on my Sentai figuarts shelf. He seems out of place to me without at least Gosei Red. Its the same complaint I have about Red Hawk and Black Condor. It looks weird with just those 2 figures standing with other complete or near complete teams. And the other 3 members of Jetman dont seem to be anywhere in the near future. Or the Boukengers. And with Kyoryuger starting im sure they are going to be taking up alot of space for other sentai figuarts releases. Kyoryuger as well as Akibaranger season 2.

Yeah, I'm not saying he won't ever be made, just that they clearly don't plan to at the moment, otherwise he would have been released alongside Knight. I don't think Power Rangers is going to push them to release him any faster, especially since the most popular character from the show can already not be released in the US (except maybe as an uber limited exclusive at Comic Con).

And well, at the moment there doesn't seem to be much indication of any more Sentai characters being released. If they're struggling to sell, going back to Goseiger now doesn't seem like a great idea.
