When I saw the video earlier I thought this was going to be something a little more impressive. As there are already two copies of this movie at our place...I don't see why I'd want another.

Doesn't stop me from being excited about extra scenes though.

Square Enix, the masters of milking a series and constantly re-making their old games. well, this does look pretty neat in HD but i dont really know what would make me want to get it. there should be more incentives to own it.

Seriously FFVII is holding Square Enix back. They should just release a PS3 remake and be done with everything VII, including its style which they like to recreate oh so much. And AC wasn't that great to begin with, just a bunch of eye candy crammed into a movie.

My thoughts exactly. Advent Children was just a bunch of people brainstorming over how to construct a story that would make Seph coming back make sense. I think it failed miserably, albeit being stunningly amazing visuals wise.

seeing as every copy of AC I own ends up scratched (an omen mayhaps?!?!) I'll probably get this. But only the jap version because it comes with a demo of FFXIII.
