Story: As Japan is celebrating the birth of the new World Peace Act, in the shadows brew a force that is bent on eraticating humanity. Secretly this darkness acts, sending out Kaijin, know as the "Wicked". Things don't look too good as the Dai-Toyko SF, can't seem to take on these creatures with their weaponry. Until the new Emperor of Japan takes action and allows the "Super-Arms" to be brought out again after the 4th World War ended only two years ago.

Although the weapons are brought out, they can only seem to hold back the enemy, rather then destory. It's a start though, but how long does it last? Not long enough, but there is hope... As citizens all over Japan arise with great power, the power of the "Heaven Stars" in order to combat the Wicked. They are the "Tensei Senshi... ASTRALIZER!"
