Custom Decade Tackle = Longer hair for one, and the stockings effect.
Custom Dark Decade = Color.

I think I just remembered why I lvoe Decade's design D: For soem reasons, Dark Decade looks super appealing there. I wish the show actually did something about the rumors about Complete DCD will go berserk and be evil or the in-game with no explanation Dark Decade would be explained. Bleeh. Decade wasted so much potential. But at least we got a nice SIC out of it I guess.

Back on the topic, yeah, those small additions makes me want to get an SIC Tackle too and modify it a bit.
