The poses are kind of awkward, and most of the figures are photographed standing stiff with their arms outstretched like RHS figures. I'm kind of glad I didn't buy it.

But the page where they showed the origins of SHF where it dates back to the RX figure in the 80s with clip-on armour was awesome. If only they had a picture of it in its RoboRider and BioRider form too.

BTW, the SHF origins page isn't as detailed as the previous Souchaku Henshin Series Collection book. The previous book covers almost all the figures with snap-on armor designs from KBH RX, Winspector, Exceedcraft, Jiraiya, even some old chogokins & American PRWF.

Also, it's interesting that the 07-08 SHS line are included in this SHF book. Seems that Bandai didn't forget their extinct SHS line.

Didn't take note of that, but I noticed it on one of Decade's barcode pieces on his face. (Regular mode of the one scheduled for release in June)

Ah, Winspector. I had the metallic version of the blue/green one. I always wished they'd do them again in the SH line, the ones by Action Works are so overpriced.

I wouldn't mind it if Snake were a Figuarts or Figma, then he'd be in scale to CQC the rest of my toy collection.

- Tendo will probably challenge that, though. ^_^

The one on the bottom looks like it could've been used to make human bodies like Domon, or the Imagine.
