Yes, Yes, Yes. But keep in mind, try to keep the rider and the sentai numbers even. So PLEASE try to create a sentai character even though you may prefer riders.

Well, let's get started...
So, up to three charas? I'll try it on. Here goes nothing:
Bio (First Character):
Name: Kuzuri Arano
Age: 20
Gender: Male

Rider/Sentai Designation: Kamen Rider Altarix (OC)
Alignment: [Good]
Bio: Kuzuri is an extreme martial artist with great powers, even before becoming a Rider. After having met (and almost saved from a small swarm of monsters) Kamen Rider Shin, he asked Dr. Kazamasuri to become a KR, much to Shin and his father's dismay. He underwent into the cybernetic enhancement surgery that Shocker used to create KR 1go, 2go and others and became Kamen Rider Altarix. He left the Kazamatsuris and went back to his hometown to defeat Shocker's branch Dream Shocker.
Notes: Altarix's based on Kamen Rider Black RX and has elements of the Heisei Riders, like the use of a transformation card along his buckle. His powers, however, are fed by his own cybernetics, even being able to perform a low power Altarix Rider Kick in civilian form. He has multi-themed alternate forms, sharing no relation with the Base Form, which is green, with black lines and mantis based (like RoboRider and BioRider compared to RX). Even thought he can perform a variety of Kicks and other attacks (like Super-1) e uses his wind powered buckle to perform his Extreme Rides by placing it on a slot on the side of his buckle (like W). His cycle's a semi-sentient chopper called Heavy Gearbox, that is based on a grasshopper and changes shape along Altarix (Like RX's Acrobatter).
