Some general comments from our usual source.

"It's better than the previous SHT, but that doesn't say much.
Most of the characters are just there, they leave no impression at all.
The story is bad. Yonemura's script has too many issues and Kaneda's directing is too old fashioned.
The action is subpar, they just lunge into the monsters. The form swapping, weapon usage etc. is rather weak."

I haven't received the full summary yet, but I'll post this for now. I'm sure many of you would enjoy this.
Suzuka Morita does appear as Kotoha. She's pretty much Shelly for the entire movie expect for a short scene. Shelly and Kotoha even interact in that scene.

This one has actually been confirmed for a while. I think either Shirakura or Kaneda said in an interview that they decided not to include every Rider and Sentai again.
