I don't know the exact quotes of it, unlike the Odagiri deal, just the vague details people have mentioned over the years. She supposedly said the generic stuff, not wanting to be known just for a "silly" hero show and wanting to be left alone about her tokusatsu past, even as she fell into obscurity in variety shows. She kept her distance from the genre until pretty much this year it seems, when everybody was just about to forget her altogether. :laugh:

Ahh, haha I saw those pics, I belive she had one last year with go-onger too. I think last year was the OhRanger Anniversary.

Harsh words that'll probably distance her more. Face it, not every person who acts in tokusatsu will automatically love the genre, fandom, etc. She wants to distance herself so that she can get recognition other than playing Kimberly. I don't blame one-hit wonder actors (Urkal, MMPR cast, The Fonz) if they want to distance themselves in that case.

I think that whole "Odagiri Joe" hates Kamen Rider catchline is just something people try to use against him, because it has an effect on some Rider fans. The only negative thing Joe said himself about his work as Kuuga was "that it was difficult work".
