Random battles are done with coin flipping. Each person or side is either heads or tails. You start off with 35 hp. First you flip for damage, where heads/tails will be either 5 points of damage or double damage (10 points). You then flip for who gets to attack. So when the person in charge was flipping the coin, if the second flip keeps landing on heads, the person who is tails basically gets annihilated without getting a chance to attack.

The idea is for a quick battle so lots of people get a chance to participate. The coin flipping way is not necessarily a bad system, it just has a chance of being really one sided since it's just a 50/50 chance. Rock/Paper/Scissors would I think be the best way to do it. I think maybe flipping a coin for damage and then doing RPS for attacks would be best. To tell the truth, I think it should be turn based, and RPS will be if the attack hits or misses, and in the case of double damage, maybe it reflects and hits the attacker for normal damage.

Bishop did not use IXA. Rook was tricked into using IXA back in 1986 to weaken him as the system was still flawed and still messed up the user if used for too long.
