if apple wants to be that way with their products, maybe they should be accountable for whoever films a child porn video with their products. or maybe if someone robs a bank and runs off in a ford escalade, maybe ford should be responsible and own up to it. if i shoot some stupid ass with a remington rifle, then remington should be responsible for it. maybe the clothing line that made trayvon martins hood should be responsible as well. if i beat up some punk ass on the street while wearing a jesus didnt tap shirt and mma trunks, then jason frank should be the one responsible. based on what apple wants to do, this is the way i see it.

yes, companies make things for the consumer, but once someone buys something, they should be the one responsible. once they leave the factory, it should no longer be theirs. i want governments and companies to let ME be responsible for what i buy with my own money and what i fucking do with it.

I will never go back to them ever again from their lack of journalism and coverage of actual issues which borders on censorship. If anything, they should lose their licenses for not reporting as they should. This is why I only read non-mainstream online news or if I watch TV news, go to FOX.

I dare you to actually watch FOX News for a week , not just the political commentary, but all of it. You will find it's like any other channel out there and you might actually like it. It's not all about the commentary, though every time I see "news" on a liberal network, its so unimportant or unworthy to give it even any acknowledgement like the stars every move and their idiot selves and anything on that level.

Obama may not have caused this this time, however, he has screwed up more than I can allow as a citizen. If Bush did what he did, all those stations would be harping on him, but since this is Obama their lord and savior, you can't criticize him without being called racist or a loon. How are we as a democratic republican society supposed to be free if dissident "heretical" view-points and their adherents are always defamed or bullied through impolitic , illogic and emotion?

This is why PIPA, CISPA, NDAA and others like them are dangerous , just like how people overuse "hate crimes" to persecute freedom of thought. Where was that last seen? I don't know....the Inquisition? It's not democratic , its fascist.

On this matter,it's not going to happen ,a t least not without an big aggressive fight. First sale doctrine is going to prevail over this for the same reason why SOPA failed: we have rich people on our side as well . We need to be active with this, not just typing and complaining, no matter which side of the political spectrum we are.

I don't watch any of that news on TV. It's all a bunch of garbage. About the only news I watch is Jon Stewart and that is for the comedy. The fact that you use "non-mainstream" and "I watch Fox" explains a lot.
