I just assumed that Kaoru wears white because she's supposed to be royalty (well, going by Den-O where "Prince" Sieg is white - maybe it's a Japanese thing?) Is there really time for her to get a new ranger designation? The ep48 spoiler says that [hide]she abdicates in favour of Takeru, so presumably she wouldn't be fighting any more? And she gets injured fighting Doukoku as well[/hide] So unless she appears as ShinkenWhite in just one episode, or in the Goseiger team-up next year, I don't think it will happen.

How did you learn of the what happens in episode 48? Episode 46 has just been shown. How do you know the series will be 49 episodes? It could be 51 for all we know. There will most likely be a ShinkenWhite for the final battle. I don't believe that Kaoru will stay out of the fight when Takeru is given back his duty as ShinkenRed. No I don't think white is the color of royalty in Japan. I think she's wearing white for a reason.

I'm going by the spoilers on the episode summaries thread, which could be wrong but they've all worked out so far. It's 49 episodes because Goseiger begins on Feb 14th :S

Everyone wears white in the rollcall too.I don't think the clothing meant anything.If you've seen the final cast photo after the last filming,you won't find Kaoru there which would probably mean she wont be fighting.I doubt there will be ever a Shinkenwhite at this period of time.

Hey, GoGoFive got a new mecha in their finale. It was just a repainted Victory Robo, so Shinkenger could roll out a new suit for someone, who knows. I think both Jiis should become new Shinkenger.

Then it would be 51 episodes. The last episode of the previous series has always been shown BEFORE the next series. It has been that way for Sentai for like years. As far as I know.

Its 49, not 51.

Shinkenger 47 airs on January 24.
Shinkenger 48 airs on January 31.
Shinkenger 49 airs on February 7.
Goseiger 1 airs on February 14.
