Shinkenger's main writer has been confirmed to be Yasuko Kobayashi. Kobayashi was also the main writer of Gingaman, Timeranger, Kamen Rider Ryuki, Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon, and Kamen Rider Den-O.

She's never written a Toku series that I didn't love.
