[RUMOUR] Shinkenger May be Headed to America

[Sage Shinigami]

We'll be seeing someone do this every year unless PR comes back. Every year someone will say they heard from a friend who knows a guy or they were talking to an insider who knows the truth...

If PR returns, I hope we get a few seasons of Sentai first. That way we'll have a few years of "lost seasons".

[CaptainB_Money]

Pics or it didn't happen.

[Mr. Yellow]

Or even just exactly what was heard.

[echobanzai]

no toys were shown.

bandai did say that 'the power rangers were not being cancelled.' that is SORT of true. they just forgot to mention this year was going to be a year of reruns.

[nerefir]

...Good luck with this.

[Aoiblue]

I couldve sworn i heard it was said way back they would still do the toys just not the show.

[Shirubaa]

Toys will be somewhat confusing to release non-existing ranger toys to kids if they never saw the show.

But don't they do that stuff all the time?

[Lynxara]

It used to happen all the time in the 80s and somewhat in the 90s. It would be a really unusual thing to do nowadays, but if Bandai thinks they could make the profit margins work out then there's really no reason not to do it. A lot of parents will be old enough that they'll just buy their kids whatever the new Power Ranger stuff is because it makes them nostalgic for their own childhoods.

[Dark Kabuto]

But don't they do that stuff all the time?

Yeah, I mean they release weapons and add ons that the characters in the show never even had to begin with anyways.

[Kazuma]

For now we can still say-> ics:
