Rider stuff at anime north?

So I'm thinking of attending Anime North this year, I wanted to know if I'll be able to find any Rider stuff there.

It's either that, or the 80's toy Expo. Whatever can get me some Rider toys.

Specifically, I'm looking for SH Kiva. And it's doubtful, the Yahoo Japan exclusives.

I attended Anime North in 2007 with a friend since he had some discount on tickets. It was somewhat disappointing to say the least... especially since I'm more of a toku fan than anime fan. Not that I don't like anime b/c I do like some certain anime (certain ones that capture my attention and interest) -- but not as crazy as I am for toku.

The closest stuff that's Toku-related was a relatively overpriced Magiranger DX Travellion and some Sentai shitajiki (pencil boards). Event-wise... though not exactly Japanese toku... Power Rangers wrestling... and Johnny Yong Bosch was there. That was pretty much it. If you ask me, I'd say don't get your hopes up finding toku stuff there. Finding toku stuff is probably like a raffle where randomness and luck comes in.

Oh how I wish there were purely toku conventions...

When I went in 2006 the only thing they had was the Den-O belt, which I snapped up instantly. The next year I went as R-Ryotarou!

But uh yeah, other than that Den-O belt and a V3 belt that was it, and there was nothing last year.

If you're already in So Cal you might want to try Frank and Sons Collectibles in City of Industry. If you go on Saturday (I think also Wednesdays) there are A LOT of import toy dealers selling everything from SOCs, SICs, SHs, capsul toy collections, Transformers, micromen, models, import games and music, manga, weapons, pachinko machines, action figures... you get the point, pretty much everything.
