They call her one-eye
In your case, they shop in, "I'm a ninja. You were dead before you got to make your point," over a picture of Mikey eating pizza.
(It's not that you weren't right...you just kinda became wrong upon calling the Turtles a toy commercial. And a stupid one at that.)
Well, I'm a bit older then most of the people here so I didn't grow up with the TMNT cartoon and when I watched it I found it utterly stupid (no offence.) and just a gigantic toy commercial (farming Donatello anyone?). Now, I do like alot of toy commercials and cartoons from that time of course (Thundercats, Transformers, Gargoyles, Batman, and such.) but the turtles went way way WAY too far with the merchandising and stupidity for me to care about it much.
That's only if you're using the 1987 or 2003 Turtles cartoons as your point of comparison, which is like a political caricature of the Mona Lisa compared to the Mirage Comics line of TMNT comics. In fact, the Laird/Eastman comics the only incarnation I even acknowledge these days other than the first live-action movie, which, let's face it, was cooler than all our moms combined.
That is where I'm basing it from because that's the only way I can conclude to a decent argument (also that which everyone bases these fights on.) Since the power rangers had only one real version of it's vision, we must then conclude that a confrontation of another group must be from a version of the vision similar to the original party.
Let's say there is a fight between Batman and Indiana Jones. Since there are so many variations of batman and only one core version of Indy, when thinking of a imaginary fight between the two the only conclusion we can go to would be a movie version of Batman fighting Indiana Jones (though which version of batman is up to debate.) to make it alot easier to understand and cooperate. Bringing up Dark knight returns batman against Indiana Jones isn't all that fair now is it?
The movie was pretty damn good though, I have to agree.
