Really? As cool a character he is, the list of Rangers that could take any one of his incarnations down is pretty massive. I've never seen Casey Jones present himself as formidable.

I like Casey, but I'm sorry... never seen him be a badass. I've seen him be cool and maaaaybe be able to handle a thug or two, but I've never know him to be someone who could clean house or be able to hang with heavy hitters.

You should check out the Mirage or Image Turtle comics, he's insane... literally. In the movies and the cartoon serieseses they always presented him as some justice-oriented lovable goof who was mostly there for comedic relief and tended to get in the way as much as he helped out, but in the source material he was very much a violent and borderline-psychopathic vigilante who would fly into fits of berserker rage whenever he was engaged in combat. It's pretty sweet. In fact, he was one of the only people, other Turtles included, that could hang with Raph whenever **** got really real.

This fight is basically Wolverine vs Captain planet in dookie-stained tighty wighties.

No matter what, captain planet would win in any fight against wolverine but since wolverine is cool and badass and all other kinds of crap, people would root heavily for him and create the most complicated, irrational reasons why he would somehow win the fight.
