Over-Time vs Tv-Nihon: Which one do you prefer?

Actually both groups have their merits and I typically use both. I download Over-Time if I miss the live ep or I want to quickly check my understanding of the raw. But I usually watch those once and delete them. The TVNihon subs are the ones I keep and archive.

And Tv Nihon are the one that I keep permanently on Hard Drive.

On the whole, I prefer Overtime but there are times when their translation choices bug me, like the times when they translate proper names. Main example, turning Yogoshimacritein as Contaminisor. For me, proper names should be left as is. Fortunately, since OT provides soft subs, I can tweak the scripts to better suit me, which is more than I can say about TV-Nihon.

over-time's SD videos have better picture quality IMO. however, tv-nihon uses effects which over-time does not. they're all good in their own way.

- Special effects

Pros of OT:
- Right philosophy behind translation style
- Presence of said translation style
- Complete absence of special effects
- Better video encoding
- Softsubs
- Speed
