'Ninja' First Trailer

Apparently some dipwad edited this trailer and replaced the credits slide with "NINJA GAIDEN", and said Uwe Boll directed it on Youtube.

My brother was like "I WAS GOING TO CRY THAT RYU HAYABUSA WAS CASTED AS A WHITE GUY". It took me a while, but as soon as I cracked down on the case, I figured that it was doctored footage of this film.

Now everyone is going to go "ITS NINJA GAIDEN" rather than "ITS NINJA".

:redface2:

Anyway, like the above users said, it's nice to see this film go back to the original classic Ninja film formula. Yes, it'll be low budget, but I doubt it'll be cheesy. Definately looking forward to this more than "Ninja Assassin".

First trailer of Isaac Florentine's new film Ninja, starring stuntman sensation Scott Adkins (Undisputed 2, X-Men Origins: Wolverine) drops!

Looks pretty generic overall. I like that it seems to be a return to 80's style martial arts action movies, but I've had it with cliche martial arts thrillers. Action should be good at least, hopefully better than what they showed in the trailer. I'll be seeing it.

:O_O: Shocking! Now this is going to be one of my most awaited movies in this year.

EPIC FAIL for the ridiculous ninja suits...

I was until I got a peek at some of the action from Ninja. It was surprisingly bland, which was unexpected from an Isaac Florentine production, but it looks like maybe the well is running dry. Too much tricking and too little cohesive choreography, plot cliches running amok, etc. I'm much more excited at this point for Ninja Assassin, which from everything I've heard about it, contains lots of stylish, bloody violence, is being handled by a very capable team, and it's apparent from Rain's training footage that they really put him through the paces. I've got high hopes. In fact, this may be the first time I've been more excited about a major Hollywood production than a low-budget version of a similar story from a respected independent action team.

You pretty much sum it up on how I feel for Ninja Assassin. I just want a god damn trailer already. :shakefist With the movie been done with production for some time now, I'm really amazed that a trailer hasn't been shown on the net yet & we already got a trailer for this in a heartbeat. I'm guessing by August will probably see something, since it's been moved to a new date on November 25th, which blows chucks. But I know it'll be worth the wait in the end, haha.

Topic: Arise from the dead!!!

Last I heard was that the release date for this movie was March 9, 2010 in the UK on DVD. Any word on it?

I was trying to remember this movie after watching it a while ago, admittedly I recognized it by the girl being Karou from Garo
