I don't think any official word has been dropped, but I'm hearing January 16th for Ninja Assassin, and Ninja will most likely be released straight to DVD, probably around March.

Every time people would say dude if they cast a asian as the lead it will suck...

I think he's saying that someone like Rain should get a big screen release and that Asians don't get that often enough.... if ever. And that for something like this to get a big screen release it'd have to star someone like Tom Cruise.

I think he misunderstood me; Ninja Assassin, Rain's film, is produced by the Wachowskis and is getting a wide theater release. Ninja is another film completely, and is the subject of another one of my threads, that's what Immortal was talking about. Ninja is directed by indy action god Isaac Florentine and stars Scott Adkins.
