Need recomandations for slasher films

So I been on a slasher movie craze lately, mainly because I'm pumped for Laid to Rest (see avatar). But I would love to know your suggestions for slasher films to check out that I never heard off. So does anyone know any?

I would to love to know some independent slashers aswell.

-Silent Night, Deadly Night
-Prom Night (original)
-The Burning
-Slaughter High
-Mid Friday The 13th series entries
-Texas Chainsaw Massacre (original)

Also, while it's not really a slasher movie in the classic sense, there was a little gem simply titled "Slashers" a few years back that was produced to look like a reality TV show where contestants have to survive in a maze/funhouse setting against several gimmicked serial killers. It was very creative fun and I recommend tracking a copy down!

Not exactly a slasher flick, but if you're into Gory messed up ****, then it's right up your alley.

Slashers is awesome, kind of reminds me of Battle Royale just slightly.

Here are my suggestions. I'm assuming you've seen F13, Nightmare on Elm Street, Halloween, the basics.

My Bloody Valentine (Original)
Stage Fright
Silent Night, Deadly Night 1 and 2 (These movies are great for laughs. especially the 2nd one.)
Black Christmas (Original. incredible movie, but often overlooked)
Childs Play
Madman
Scalps (Very cheesy, but fun to watch)
Slumber Party Massacre is fun to watch too. (boobage)

My advice is to stay away from any and all remakes. People have different tastes in horror movies obviously, but if you're like me and you like to laugh at cheesy special effects, you'll like some of these.
