Spoilers from the volume 8 of the light novel 
[HIDE]Kirino gives Kuroneko the OK to confess. Kuroneko does so. With Kirino and Jimiko's blessing, the two start dating.
They visit each other's house since apparently that's what you do when you're in a relationship. There is boob touching and bath hopping. Classy.
It's clear that watching the two dating is painful for Kirino
On the way back from watching some fireworks, Kuroneko dumps Kyousuke, then promptly transfers out of highschool (though this part is b/c of her dad's work)
Kyousuke goes to Kirino for (life) counseling
Kirino gives him a big hug
Kuroneko gets Kirino to express her feelings in front of Kyousuke (how?)
Kirino tells Kyousuke her true feelings
Kyousuke to Kuroneko: Right now we still can't be together (b/c it's hard to reconcile with Kuroneko when he understands Kirino's feelings)

However she made me feel better when I was still weak from being dumped by Kuroneko, and extended her hand to me and talked me through it. Just like I once did for her...what the hell, what's up with her.

Well, this is how it goes. If you just look at the facts, Mikagami and Kuroneko helped Kirino and I understand each other more fully. If we didn't have this opportunity, we probably would have kept on being on bad terms. Well, I still wouldn't say we're "nice to each other" and we still complain at each other, but in rough times we'll take each other's hands and help each other. This is what being siblings is all about, right?

Just finished watched Animated Commentary #9-10. It was hilarious:anime:
Eps 9
[HIDE]- Kirino, Kuroneko, and Saori did the commentary
- Kirino can't resist the moe-ness of Kuroneko's little sister XD
- Kuroneko showed the sketch from storyboard of Kirino's many expressions and imitated her. It was fun hearing Kanna Hanazawa imitated Ayano Taketatsu XD
- Saori said that if her glasses-less face were shown, she would've been changed to main heroine instantly =))
- Kuroneko and Saori shown the exact same video of Kirino and Kyousuke when Kirino talked about the character from eroge that too harsh and didn't have cute side =))[/HIDE]

- Kirino just realized by doing the commentary with Kanako, Kanako will know her secret hobby as otaku. But it was non-canon extra so Kanako said it will be fine, though she felt disgust XD
- Kirino comment about Ayase being too harsh to Kyousuke but again, Kirino was shown the exact same scene where she bullied Kyousuke by Kanako =))
- Kanako shown that she likes Kyousuke and asked Kirino what will happen if Kanako and Kyousuke marry. Because Kanako's birthday is after Kirino's, she say that Kanako will be her little sister and actually happy because she will have little sister that looks like Meruru. She came back to reality after that though, and said it can't be allow to happen XD[/HIDE]

If you're talking about the anime's true route, she hasn't yet but I believe she will eventually...
I don't know but I don't think it is..... yet XD
I mean it's normal to comfort your brother/sister when she/he was depressed right? Granted Kirino and Kyousuke are hinted to have a feeling for each other though both are not honest about it but I don't think the author will go that way considering this is a mainstream anime.
But there's also the possibility that Kyousuke is not the biological son like from the what if route on the PSP game though
