Metal Hero Series: Should it Return?

Kamen Rider Kabuto does remind me a bit of B-Fighter.

Only in terms of design. And even there Drake seems to be the only one to bear any real similarity to a B-Fighter. (In this case Yanma). Even Kabuto and Sasword don't really resemble B-Fighter Kabuto and Descorpion respectively beyond motif.

I've never seen any metal heroes, outside of their american adaptations.

Some of the stuff Metal Heroes did would make you laugh at Sentai & Kamen Rider. B-Fighter forever!.

What did B-Fighter do that makes it so exponentially awesome? Does it suddenly get better midway in, because the first four episodes aren't exactly overwhelming.

It's a decent series, but I always thought it was one of those "safe" series where they don't really try to take risks and just going through the motions so that it won't end up too far on either side of the scale.

I can only assume B-Fighter Kabuto's series writer hated it, based solely on how the final battle ended, as seen in the 27th edition of "A WTF Moments in Tokusatsu"

B-Fighter is just a nice well-rounded series. Yes, it's slow at the start, but I personally thought that the characters were a likable cast and that the overall mood, setting, music, etc was very enjoyable. True, it's not the most ambitious season, but it's performance was done well enough to be considered a great season imo.

And ugh, that video is a perfect example as to why I think B-Fighter Kabuto is one of the worst tokusatsu programs ever (if not THE worst). :redface2:

But anyway, the stuff I've seen in the Metal Heroes, I personally don't think the franchise is on any higher level than Sentai or Rider. Though I mainly liked the 80s Metal Heroes. Most of the 90s stuff I had very mixed feelings on (with the exception of B-Fighter).

That voice is from B-Fighter Kabuto. Not B-fighter.
