I saw this article on the news earlier tonight.

Man, I can't help but wonder some of the calls these 911 operators must get sometime.

A remeber a British show actually released information on some of the calls the 999 operators get including:

1) Woman couldn't open a tin of food.
2) Someone wanted directions to a restaurant.
3) A toy store was sold out of a particalur item so the customer demanded the police arrested the staff.
4) Some drunk guy saw a murder o nthe TV and thought it was real.

Anyway, BOT...one person locally had their cat call 911 after the owner had a heart attack...animals are more competent than us in cases of emergency.
