Ah, damn. Even as a non-wrestling fan, Randy Savage was a part of my youth. Awful that the guy had just gotten married. Awful that it had to be under such senseless and tragic circumstances. RIP, Macho Man.

The story is now up on Yahoo`s homepage.But sadly,as usual, you can always count on people to be total douchebags and make insensitive comments.Thankfully,there aren`t many at the moment,but I`m certain there will be as the day wears on.
Which only strengthens my belief that when a news site posts a story of someone dying,be it a famous person or not,the comments should be turned off.

Looks like WWE has a tribute page up for the Macho Man now. I imagine they'll have a little something tonight on SmackDown in remembrance.

Looks like WWE has a tribute page up for the Macho Man now. I imagine they'll have a little something tonight on SmackDown in remembrance.

I hope so,but since it`s a pre-recorded show they may not have anything other than a "In Memory of" graphic.I would assume they`d have a more detailed tribute at the PPV Sunday or on Raw Monday

Slightly releated story(and a very sad one):A couple of guys at a local radio station were talking about this and had a guy who covered the wrestling buisness.They brought up Eddie Guerrero.This "expert" actually said that Guerrero was NOT DEAD.One of the hosts tried to tell him that Eddie had in fact passed away,but the guy still wasn`t convinced.
