Kingdom Hearts II - Talkback

Probably because they're not very popular anymore, although it would kick ass to have 'em as a summon.:buttrock:

nah, i think you'd HAVE to go season one. red ranger, dragon ranger...oh yeah. give those guys some VA work ^_^ i know mega ranger would love to see austin st john in kingdom hearts lol (of course, saban had the rights to season one, so it wont happen...)

but have any other of you seen the secret movie? it doesnt contain any kh2 spoilers, just a jaw-dropping, mouth-waterting, nerdgasm of a preview for kh3. if you want to, you can download it from http://kh2.co.uk. and if you are in doubt, i give you two words....

"keyblade war" ^_^
check it.

Okay, here's some interesting discussion.

On the Kingdom Hearts II Soundtrack, which can be found at Bluelaguna.net,
There is a track entitled Disappeared.

It is a rather awesome song, but me and my brother were racking our brains as to where in KH2 it was from.

Apparently, my brother found out that it was actually from Kingdom Hearts FINAL MIX (only released in Japan).

Apparently, it is the song that plays during, as I'm shocked to say, you face XEMNAS!? in Hollow Bastion?!

I had NO idea that the Organization was present in Kingdom Hearts I in any form, so needless to say I was surprised to hear this..

Any comment?

I doubt they wud choose SPD for a Power Rangers cameo. If anything it wud be Relic Hunters(american Boukenger) or the one after that.

Although i wud rather have SPD.. :/

And they cant do MMPR since it was before Disney.

ANYWaY!

I am currently in (rented it from hollywood so i cant even finish this) Pirates of the Carribean world.

I must say, this is extremly well done. I found parts of the game to be repetetive. but I loved it.

I highly doubt they can use Power Rangers at all in Kingdom Hearts, There are probably too many hoops to jump through in order to use them. Plus there is the fact that a majority of the Japanese players would probably assoicate the suits in the game to the Super Sentai, which Disney doesn't own.

But the Seven Draves as a Knights of the Round like summon. . . That's hot

Spoilers, just in case:

[HIDE]Yes, Xemnas is in Final Mix, although at the time he was simply referred to as "Unknown" or the "Enigmatic Man".

The deal with Final Mix is that it's basically the American release (as the original Japanese release did not have the optional bosses like Sephiroth or Kurt Zisa, although I think Phantom was still there) complete with the English Dialogue (but Japanese subtitles, and all the menus are in Japanese.) Additionally, they added/changed a few other things:

-You can fight Unknown (Xemnas) in Hollow Bastion near the end of the game, and some argue he's tougher than Sephiroth. It is confirmed that this is Xemnas, he uses the same beam-type weapons as he does when you fight him in KH II.
-There's some new cut scenes, although there's no new dialogue (just word boxes or text on the screen.)
-New enemies in every world, plus they redid the color schemes for most of the Heartless.
-2 new weapons each for Sora, Goofy & Donald; Sora's are new Key Blades you get by beating Ice Titan and Sephiroth; Donald & Goofy eash have one you make at the synthesis shop or find near the end of the game
-New abilities, plus AP & MP costs for some abilities have been changed
-Some new Gummi ship stuff
-Different difficulty levels (like KHII, with Beginner, Normal & Proud)
-More Ansem Reports (from beating the additional bosses, the last one makes mention of the Nobodies)
-The secret ending movie "Another Side, Another Story" is expanded, now called "Deep Dive"
-Probably something else I'm forgetting, I think there's a Game FAQs guide to the changes.

When FM came out in Japan, depending on where you bought it, you could also get a bonus CD which has the following tracks:

-"One Winged Angel" (from the Sephiroth fight)
-"Night on Bald Mountain" (from Chernabog fight, the original release had different boss music)
-"Disappeared" (from the Unknown fight)
-"Another Side" (from the "Deep Dive" movie)

Okay, so here's my question, since I've only played the Japanese version of KHII:

Do they keep "Disappeared" for when you fight Xemnas the first time? Also, earlier in the game, there's a part of Sora's memories that shows the cut scene from when you fight Xemnas/Unknown in Final Mix. Did they keep that in too?[/HIDE]

I'n not sure if they keep the music, but my brother said he didn't recognize it at all.

And I couldn't tell ya if they kept the scene, I didn't know I was looking for it at the time..
