The duel mode spiritualist type rider sounds fun...but I don't know.
It has been a while though since we have had a multi-rider series. Sure we always get secondaries and movie riders, but when was the last time we got more then two riders in series as regular characters? Kiva?

Decade. Even discounting all the Riders that only featured in their own world, Decade, DiEnd and Kuuga were main characters.
The thing is it's cheaper to give an existing Rider an extra form than to add an extra Rider. With an extra form you already have the "face" actor and suit actor, so you just need to pay for the extra costume to be created. With an extra Rider you have to pay for the costume AND a second suit actor AND another face actor. You could skip the second face actor by making an existing character the new Rider, but Rider seems unwilling to do that. I can only think of a handful: Keitarou from Faiz, Kiba from Faiz, Kyosuke from Hibiki (controvertially), arguably Akira from Hibiki too, Kagami from Kabuto (though the character was probably conceived as becoming a Rider), Natsumi from Decade, and Goto from OOO (who again was by all accounts always going to become a Rider). That's only seven, two of which were movie-exclusive (Keitarou and Natsumi), and the production crew for Hibiki didn't count Akira as an Oni. I'm not including Ixa, as none of the extra users of that became Ixa permenantly.

Hmm... Gates are humans with magic potential, who can give birth to Phantoms. A Phantom being born kills its host. Mages are people who can harness the power of the Phantom inside them to use magic. The ritual was to give birth to a bunch of Phantoms, Haruto and Koyomi were the only survivors. Koyomi relies on Haruto's magical energy to survive...
Could Koyomi somehow be the leftover shell from a Phantom's birth? That somehow, her unique abilities/situation/whatever allowed for her to survive, but since her source of magic/life-force was removed, she needs replenishment from Haruto to survive?
Thinking on this, also, most of the victims of the ritual were wearing normal clothes. Koyomi was wearing a white dress. Could she have been the center of the ritual, which attributes her special situation?

Some new speculation, coming out of the episode 8 thread.
OOOs full-set combo debuts (discounting Pyutotera, I'm counting that as super form):
Episodes 6, 7, 15, 20, 24.
Fourze State debuts (discounting Cosmic, as it's the super form):
6, 9, 20
First upgrade is in the same episode, second upgrade is only a couple apart, and 4th/3rd combo (since Fourze had fewer than OOO) is in the same episode.
For Wizard, we know we're getting Flame Dragon Style in episode 9. And that there are 3 more Dragon Styles coming (Hurricane is next), followed by an all-style Dragon Style. Assuming that'll be his super form, I'm thinking we can see the upgrades as follows:
Hurricane Dragon: Episode 13-17-ish
Land Dragon: Episode 19-23-ish
Water Dragon: Episode 25-29-ish
W, OOO, and Fourze all had their super forms show up in episode 32 (CJX, Putotyra, and Cosmic States). Taking into account that Wizard's two-parters start on the even and end on the odd numbered episodes, that would put the all-style Dragon Style at episode 33.
