The article merely says how they are going to film it.Two monitors,one filming the 2D version,one filming the 3D version.

They will run through the acting by the 2D monitor to pick out mistakes and such.Once its done,they will render it into 3D style.

I think it's in continuity. I don't see why not. Also, Kamen Rider movies seem to be in continuity with their TV series nowadays, like the Den-O movies. Except Climax Deka, I think that's non-canon, because Kiva was in Den-O's world, which didn't make sense.

Den-O never makes any damn sense. I originally thought that Chou Den-O was gonna be non-canon from the original Den-o series but canon to Decade itself. But after hearing that Episode Red is basically a continuation of the Yuuto/Airi concept from the original Den-O series, I've been completely brain fucked in what to believe anymore.
