I disagree with people who said that Shin was a Horror movie. I saw it more as a Sci-Fi movie.

What?!? Watch the first three minutes of Shin -- that's right out of a slasher movie, and sets the tone for the entire movie.

I certainly don't think there's much "horror" to be found in anything after Agito. Faiz could have qualified, but it was too busy trying to be Degrassi.

:laugh: Come on now, you have to give Faiz more credit than that. At least Faiz gets to be philosophical. Degrassi is just about a bunch of whores and losers who go to a high school run by adults who are little better than them, and deal with cliches among cliches of issues. I'd take the cowardly Takuma and whiny Keitarou over any Degrassi character.

Bro, Ryuki is still my fav Heisei Rider series but the fact of the matter is... it doesn't have that gritty, "homemade" (as u called it one time), cheese filiming which is a big attribution to Horror and in this case B-Horror.

Does anyone disagree with me that everything post Agito is NOT B-Horror?.


Keith, don't get me wrong I wish it continued big time. But I noticed it slipping peice by peice each year right until Den-O and that's when it lost everything respectable imo.

and for the record I loved Kuuga-Blade,Kabuto,Kiva-Decade.

That's what I enjoyed about Shin, even though I'm still a bigger fan of J and ZO.

Kuuga was pretty horrifying when I saw it as a kid. Den-O started the light heart kr era and kiva, which we all thought be more horror, but wasn't.

I think THE NEXT was the last to have any horror, J or B. IMO.

J-Horror, which it is unnecessary to have in THE NEXT, but still it was pretty good.
