In Justice, We Trust!
Once there was war...between the organization known as Dai Shocker, who wished for total domination of all life across world, and the heroes united to stop them known as the Masked Army, and thus was started the Great War. In the aftermath of the war, there would be no winners or losers, the world was left in a bloody sea of destruction and ruin. Almost three centuries would pass since the Great Rider War, remnants of Dai Shocker have begun to spring up all over the world, calling themselves “Neo Shocker” . With no one left to stop Neo Shocker, a group of survivors from the last war began a search to find ways to counter this threat. What they discovered were ancient ruins,and inside were weapons and other tools that were used by the Masked Army.
With this knowledge in hand, the team scrambles to re-create and restore the weapons and gear used by the masked heroes during the Great War, however they found that the weapons wouldn’t respond to just any body, but to very specific people. Thus the survivors began the Rider Academy, a place that sought out many bright individuals for hopes that they may find those that can use the Rider’s weapons, those that are compatible with such weapons, are then transferred to ODIN, a special tasks group formed specifically to combat Neo Shocker...however it seems that ODIN may have it’s own agenda...
The rules...
1: Lets keep things civil people. any issues between players are to be left at the door. if any disputes between players happen, either take it to Pms or I WILL get the mods involved.
2: God modding, auto hitting, and over powering are no noes! Avoid these at all costs please....it makes for more interesting fighting.
3: Any Kamen Rider from ANY era’s allowed in this RP, stage show riders will be allowed too but those will be treated like fan made riders. Speaking of, I’m allowing fan mades provided that you choose a secondary rider power to start off with, and begin to build off that.
4: Noobs, you’re more then welcome to join, however DO NOT post one liners!!!!
5: I’m allowing people to have more then 1 Rider power...granted that you choose a secondary rider to start off with, and then a main heisei/showa as your 2nd. If all main riders are chosen, feel free to pick another secondary rider.
6: Riders can be any gender, unless specifically specified(IE: Feme, Kivala these two HAVE to be female)
7: Depending on the kind of character you are making, please follow the specified profile skeleton.
8: Don’t post a profile unless you plan for it to be a complete one
9: Limit 2 characters per person! Villians do not count towards this limit HOWEVER, Villians will be restricted to just one type of Rider gear.
10: You can only pick ONE upgrade to have for your character. So lets say you're character uses Knight and Faiz, if you pick Knight's survive form, you can't gain Faiz's Blaster form.
11: Riders that have yet to debut(Like Ohs, O, Oooo, whatever, the Riders from the new Double Movie) are not available.

Factions: Academy
Created by the original survivors that first rediscovered Rider technology. Their main goals are to fix any salvageable technology brought to them, be it Rider related or otherwise. Their 2nd is to train those that are compatible with Rider technology to bring out their full potential, despite their arrangement with ODIN, The Academy tends to stay out of their actives, remain completely neutral in their affairs.
ODIN:
Shortly after the discovery of Ruins, a group of survivors split off and created ODIN, an Anti-Shocker group they have an arrangement with the Academy, that anyone that graduates are immediately sent to aid ODIN in their efforts to stop Neo Shocker...they’ll resort to any methods to bring them down, even if their methods may not seem all that ethical.
G-Corps: Split between a local police force, but worked more like a military operation. The G-Corps is the main muscle behind ODIN and Academy, though the safety of the Neo Tokyo Citizens are their first priority. A group that primarily uses different versions of the G series armor(G3, G4 ETC), who’s blueprints were discovered and improved upon by doctor Satake Yatsune
Neo Shocker
Formed from the remnants of the old Dai Shocker army, the remaining Dai Shocker forces have been waiting for a perfect moment to resurface so they may once again take the world.

No one knows exactly where Nishiki came from. A survey team found him inside the wreckage of a train and brought him back to Neo Tokyo City. Much to everyone’s surprise, he had an Imagine servant named Teddy following him, but other then feeling the two had some sort of important mission, everything else to Nishiki was blur. The survey team took him back to Neo Tokyo City, it was there he demonstrated promising skills as a Rider, and was taken to the Academy. Nishiki agreed to this, feeling as though the Academy was the one thing that could connect him to his mysterious past...it is there that he’ll meet the woman that will change his life forever. It is hinted that Nishiki may have some sort of a connection to Dai Shocker, and ODIN.
Personality wise, Nishiki can be quiet, if not a bit withdrawn. However, he shows firece loyalty to anyone who can gain his trust, this is demonstrated by his desire to protect Teddy at any cost. He’s often seen as reckless, often moving in without thinking.

V-Ring-Valkyire’s henshin device, in the center of this device is a jewel, and along the side two angel wings. To transform, Valkyire uses cards known as Fate Cards and inserts them into the side of her belt. The gem then flashes, and the wings will extend. when certain conditions are met, she has other fate cards that will allow her access into her various forms. The Einhindars is a combination gun/sword weapon the sword mode is the default mode of this weapon, the blade shrinks down and the barrel extends to reveal the gun mode the two weapons are capable of combining in either mode for a double-sided sword mode, or connect together in gun mode for a launcher mode.
When initiating the finisher, the computer announces Over Charge in Gun Mode, and Over Slash in sword mode.
Abilities: Valkyire posses the abilities of both a magic and technology based Rider, she has an on board AI that constantly adjusts the suit based on her abilities, she is also capable of flight.

Short Bio: Selene isn’t a natural human, born in a test tube for the purpose of an experiment by ODIN, one that was carefully monitored by Decade. The Valkyire Project was an attempt to artificially create the perfect Kamen Rider this experiment is considered highly illegal, but was kept away from Academy view. The result of many failed attempts was Selene and the Valkyire system. Created to surpass the other Riders, Decade spent many hours personally training her to go beyond her natural human limits, and she exceeded all of his expectations greatly. Though she was trained to be loyal to Decade and his cause, overtime, however Selene began to catch on that she was little more then just a tool to him, she escapes from the lab taking with her a suit case containing the W Driver and Gaia Memory...her V Ring becomes damaged intensely during her escape.
She fakes her death, and assumes a new identity,a young but brilliant Gaia Memory researcher she uses the Driver and Memories as leverage to convince the Academy to not only let her deal with ODIN in her own way, but to grant her safe asylum, she poses as a student, one of the Academy's most promising..and most popular. Yet despite the entire school having their eyes on her, she has yet to find anyone she can trust enough to give them the Joker side of the memories...
