Takato was born to a Japanese family, but grew up overseas in Germany, as his mother was the Japanese ambassador to Germany at the time. They led a fairly good life, with a home near the center of Berlin and Takato being sent to some of the most prestigious schools in Germany. Yet Takato was unhappy with his life. He didn't like the fact that he was being sent to these prestigious schools, and wanted to be more like the other kids, who picked on him. This led to him becoming more cowardly and less trusting.
Tragedy struck his family when he was 16: his mother had been fired from her job, and the family were rapidly sinking into poverty. Takato and his parents were evicted from their home and forced onto the streets. Takato vowed to try and regain his parent's fortune by any means. Over 3 years, he learned how to steal and became a jewel thief. When he was 20, he planned to rob a cruise liner on the way to Japan that was carrying an unusually large emerald. However, the cruise liner got caught in a storm and was slowly sinking. Takato had to give up stealing the emerald in order to help people get to lifeboats. Takato then passed out on the deck.
When he woke, he discovered he was lying on a beach in Japan, and had gained a limited power of flight: he could only fly for 20 minutes at a time, with a 1/2 hour recharging time. Using this new ability of his, he returned to thievery. Takato learned of a suit of armor being developed that would make the wearer invincible, called Birth, but was still in the prototype stage. Pulling one of his most daring heists ever, Takato managed to get the prototype Birth Driver, but was unable to escape, as he had failed to compensate for the security around the belt. He was captured and taken to Saber, who, surprisingly, did not call the authorities. Instead he offered Takato the chance to test the limits of the Birth Driver in the field, an offer to which Takato had no choice but to agree, because he knew what would happen if e didn't: he would be carted off to prison.
Whenever he meets someone, Takato immediately does not trust them, but learns to over time. He can be a bit of a coward at times, and often regrets taking up the offer to test Birth. He prefers to plan out his moves, rather than rush into battle headlong.

Not bad not bad, only thing is that in this continuity you are born with the seed of agito so it was their from the day Takato was born. The near death experience is more then enough to rouse the seed though so he should be alright. Just omit the part about the lord of light. Also Flight is fine but give it a time limit if you would. Other then that he seems like a down right interesting character.

Bio: Koichi Minamoto the first Kamen rider to come into existence, he has been a rider for the past decade fighting off the evil organization called Gorgom and successfully defeating them. His story goes back a long time ago when the Gorgom had just started preparing themselves for the arrival of their next “King”. Koichi and his twin brother both who turned the age 20 were kidnapped so that they could be turned in to “Black Sun” and “Shadow Moon” and battle each other to become the next “Century King”.
Luckily Koichi was saved thanks to none other than Professor Sinclair who was somewhat connected to the Gorgom at some point in time, but his brother did not get the same chance and was left behind with Gorgom who would use him later as one of their greater assets. The Gorgom were in high pursuit of Koichi in order to bring him back to their labyrinth and finish the transformation. But Koichi given the chance to save the world from destruction refused to go back and used his newfound powers for good thus becoming Kamen Rider Black. As time passed Koichi repeatedly foiled the plans of the Gorgom to take over the world and renew in their own image where humans would be wiped out and Kaijins would rule it leaving the surviving humans as slaves, Until Koichi was put into the biggest predicament of his life where he would have to fight his own Brother. At the time when Koichi had escape the Gorgom had saved his brother and completed the transformation on him, turning him in to “Shadow Moon” he was completely brainwashed having no memory of nobody, and only having one task: Defeating Kamen Rider Black and becoming the “Century King”. Usually brothers don’t fight against each other, but in this case it was inevitably, having tried everything to bring back his brothers’ memory Koichi had still failed.
Eventually Koichi mustered up all his courage and fought his brother and to his grief he defeated his brother, filled with rage Koichi challenged the “Century King” at the time and defeat him saving the world from destruction, but at the cost of losing his only true family – his brother. So to get away from all the memories of what had happened he decided to leave and travel around the world leaving the life of a nomad one here the other day somewhere else. Until finally he felt that the Gorgom had returned once again and so he went back to Japan returning once more as Kamen Rider Black!

Give it your best shot, and your black isn't bad, though he doesn't particulalry stick out either. At this point though he is the only black we got so unless someone posts somthing more amazing you got the part. Only one thing wrong with the profile which is partially my fault for not mentioning it; one their wasn't a previous creation king though Gorgom did have a leader who rivaled such a being in power. Just call him the "False Creation King". You won't have to change this in your profile though.

So here are a few pictures and short bios regarding NPC characters. You will learn more about them as the RP goes on, but this info would be available to your characters anyway so here ya go. This is the first batch of many to come.
Name: Dorian Saber

Info: Dorian Saber is known as a Jack of All Trades in the business world. His self named company was founded less then ten years ago, but has grown into the most powerful and influential organizations in all of Japan and many other parts of the world. Little if any information is available regarding Saber’s past before the founding of his company, and even now his personal life is a mystery. Saber Industries is involved in everything from resource control to pharmaceuticals and even is a major leader in the development of new technologies. How Saber was able to amass such a powerful company and keep his privacy is anyone’s guess.
Personality: Quite, reclusive, and yet baring an aura of wisdom and strength, Dorian Saber is a man of few words, but what he does have to say is usually significant. When this man talks it is best to simply remain quite and hear him out. Dorian is officially only thirty six years old, but one who meets him could swear he looked younger, and yet acted older. He rarely shows emotion, but when he does the reason must be very significant.

Bio: Ebony never knew her parents; she isn’t even sure where she was originally from. All she knows for certain is that Dorian Saber found her and raised her from a toddler. Ebony was sent to the finest private schools and was taught by the best tutors available. She wasn’t just taught a typical curriculum, however, she was also taught how to fight. Strategy, combat, physical endurance, these were all part of her daily activities. By the time Ebony was eighteen she was well aware of why she had been so thoroughly trained and educated. Her foster father, Dorian Saber, had prepared her for war. Soon a threat would arise that could engulf the entire world in chaos and Dorian knew Ebony would be vital in events to come. Ebony has proudly embraced her position both out of a sense of duty and a desire to repay Dorian for everything he has done for her.
Personality: Ebony is much like her foster father, but also has traits that are vastly different from him. One such trait is Ebony’s weakness for sweets, cake specifically. To keep her body in top condition, Ebony often eats a very simple diet, but allows herself one piece of cake a month at which time she hides from the rest of the world to indulge her secret, although anyone can figure out her “flaw” just by the way she stares at anything sweet. Ebony’s only other personality quark is a dislike of cockroaches. She feels that such a being is too close to being immortal and will viciously kill any of the creatures she sees, often utilizing heavy fire power or explosives to accomplish the task.

Bio: Sakuya is the head of research and development for Saber Industries’ Rider Programs and Biological Development Research Branch. She is considered one of the top five most intelligent people in the world and has at least a dozen degrees in different branches of Biology and Technology. Sakuya’s past is almost as much a mystery as Dorian Sabers, but it is clear that the two are old friends, often eating dinner together and talking in private. (There is even speculation that they were/are lovers, though there is no solid evidence of this.) Sakuya doesn’t seem to have much of a personal life and is almost always at work on one project or another. She has at least three hundred scientists under her beck and call, all of whom she knows by name, and is very protective of her underlings. That doesn’t mean she won’t resort to violence should they cause trouble for her or any project she is over seeing. Sakuya treats the rider programs with special care, and almost treats the riders like her own children while still keeping a professional attitude. She trusts Dorian enough to accept his choices for IXA and Birth, but has already made it clear that she will be choosing who becomes G1, though Dorian has not agreed to this as of yet.
Personality: Sakuya is a rather strong willed woman but doesn’t excite easily. When she does become excited, Sakuya’s eyes seem to glisten like a child at Christmas and she isn’t beyond plunging head long into something she finds interesting or potentially ground breaking to the scientific community. Sakuya can also be quite a fiend, not being quick to anger but vicious when she finally does. Sakuya is very motherly toward the riders, whether she built their systems or not. She is very Scientifically minded and isn’t one for magic or divinity, though she does believe there are things out their yet to be understood. This sort of thing only drives her to further research on any and everything she deems worthy of her precious little time.

Bio: Katarin is well known in the business world as “The Indomitable One” due to her incredible managing and multi-tasking skills. A graduate of Harvard with a major in Business Management and minor in psychology, Katarin is considered the best assistant an employer could ask for. When she was offered the position of Dorian Saber’s personal assistant she literally jumped at the opportunity. It wasn’t until Katarin was shown the rider project’s early fruits did she realize how deep of a mess she had gotten herself into. Even so, Katarin has committed herself to the task of helping Saber manage not only his company, but also his secret task of helping the riders.
Personality: Katarin is the kind of person who quickly catches on to a situation, figures out what needs to be done, and then does it to the best of her abilities. Katarin’s skills are many but are geared toward keeping a company or organization in a state of constant order. She can be very force full and even bossy should the need arise, but always keeps her cool in any situation. Katarin enjoys collecting paper weights of all shapes and sizes and rarely ever goes home, preferring to sleep at Saber H.Q. whenever possible. In truth, Katarin is a bit frightened of her employer, Dorian Saber, even though they have worked together for almost year now. This is mainly because, while she is very adept at reading people, she can never seem to figure out what Dorian is thinking or feeling, and this frightens her. In her mind, however, the job comes first. Katarin will simply shoke down her fear and do what needs to be done for the sake of Saber Incorporated.

Bio: One of the revived grongi and the only surviving female of the Zu clan. Her true form is that of the Jaguar Grongi whose speed is matched by few. She has spent the last month wandering the human city of Tokyo and seems a bit curious about where her and her kind belong in this human world. Should they simply continue their Girgu, an act that seems futile now, or try to adjust to this new world, something that doesn’t settle well with her either. As the question of her fate became more unclear, even to herself, she and another rof her clan were approached by Kazari…
Personality: At first glance she seems like a emotionless punker, but in truth she is as vicious as a wild cat. Once she has transformed, Mebi becomes a bit more feral and doesn’t mind clawing her victims to death if she finds it entertaining. She isn’t beyond working with her clansman, but is more then a bit suspicious of anyone else and doesn’t truly trust her kin either. Humans infatuate Mebi, but she is still a Grongi and she still sees humans as weak.

Bio: Zu-Garu-Mere is a reptilian Grongi who despises the very existence of humanity, even though he himself was once human. When he awoke in the new world he went on a minor killing spree with others of his kind until he realized that the judges might already have been awakened. Fearing for his life he took human form and hid away for over a week. It was then that he realized that the judges had not appeared and many Grongi were already performing their own, unofficial Girgus. Barely being able to stand this human ruled world, Garu has been debating over whether to start his own Girgu, knowing that if he does that he will now doubt face Kuuga, or worse, the wraith of the judges should they suddenly appear. Garu’s hatred for humanity and sense of survival and pride have been clashing madly until he recently encountered a being called Kazari…
Personality: Temperamental, quick to anger, and easily set off. Garu is far from calm and wants nothing more then to kill humans. The root for his hatred of humanity is sewn deep as is his desire to honor his clan in the Girgu. He isn’t without fear, however, and knows should he perform a Girgu outside the normal rules that it will most certainly mean his end. Should he decide to cross that line, however, he would be a force of death to be reckoned with and no less then a rider would be able to stop him
