I didn't even know over-time released in HD. :O_O:

Either way I am TVN blood. So I don't mind waiting out for them.

But ya, I feel as if I am cheating myself when watching in SD. It's just so boring. Like I said before, Once you go Blu you don't go back.

Yeah, the HD subs come out before the SD ones.

and before I forget, we finally get to see some sexist acts of discrimination in the workplace, unless heart-attack director here comes up with an better excuse for not letting her operate, then I won't buy it.

Before you're labeled as a male (?) Coconut, what exactly was the reason she was denied from operating?

It wasn't really elaborated on in the ep. I'm assuming it's probably because she's overeager to do surgery and/or she's not qualified.

Well it would appeared that she has a huge reputation prior to the yummy infesting her and upping her skills/stamina, and there was this other paitent who said that she came to that hospital just for her reputation.

And according to the subs, the hospitl director thought she wasn't qualified to operate, and she said it herself that she hasn't held a scalple for over a month. Also the guy who replaced her had a really stick up attitude about taking her patient, like he's really rubbing it into her face. ><

So like I said, unless they come up with a better excuse for it next ep. on why they're being asses and restrictig her from doing her job, Im just going to take it as the rest of them being sexist towads her in the workplace and they don't want someone who could possibly out do them in terms of skill and popularity to rise in the ranks.

So you're going to assume something when there is no real evidence to support it? From what it appeared through her behavior, Kei (the surgeon) seemed more like a burden than an asset to the team. No one apparently can control her. Perhaps her reputation has nurtured arrogance. I don't see the supposed sexism here.

Maybe it's like that ST:TNG episode where this surgeon has developed a breakthrough operating procedure that reverses paralysis, but Crusher bans her from practicing due to her recklessness.

I personally think it's as Black Fang states: the woman is good, but her procedures are just too reckless and dangerous to be allowed to continue from an ethical point of view, even if letting her keep working might be the logical thing to do.
