I was under the impression that the scythes worked better than the claws.

I don't get that too... Both are slashing/stabbing tools... Why is one better than the other and which one works better depending on the foe...

The Kiri medal genuinely seems to work better. It's faster and it causes more damage. The Tora's more important function is that it can hook onto something.

Well, scythes, especially the way Eiji uses them, aren't really for stabbing as they are for just straight up slashing. And I don't think he could use them like he did in episode 10 when he was running after Shark Yummy to skid and turn in place.

I think the scythes give more arc reach when he slashes them too.

Zou: Keeps you from getting blown away by attacks. Tank-mode
Condor: Grab things with feet (?)
