Kamen Rider Gaim Ep 46 - "The Fated Victor"

Which Kouta healed from. So to me, it didn't felt like Kaito took enough strong blows to guarantee that to be a killing blow. But I can somewhat understand what they're going for in this fight though.

The all powerful roshyue was killed by redyue via stabbing

Overlords kill overlords was the precedence

So mai gave the punani to the victor like minato wanted

Hmm so the guys' henshin belts were probably fixed by taketora

And how Mai did receive the fruit? It's because she was able to meet the previous owner of the fruit, Roshuo, and it was only possible because Micchy brought her to him. And it was possible because Micchy was the only one who chose to have a dialogue with the Overlords instead of merely fighting them. While Micchy didn't want Mai to receive the fruit from Roshuo, and was horrified when he did so, he still expected Mai to be the chosen human being who would be the key to save humanity, because she would be the one who would make Roshuo think humanity was worthy. AND HE WAS COMPLETELY RIGHT. Interestingly, he did it when he was in the most evil state of mind.

That's more coincidence than not. It's like saying it's okay to start wars because they bring about rapid development of technology.

Not even favoring him, he just outright turned the joker(in card terms) of those people, the rogue outcast of the fighters(Ryuki) into his own tool to meet his ends. Shiro Kanzaki was more fair and neutral than Sagara.
Nah that isn't true at all. He threw power ups at people to speed up the death toll and ensured the final battle would be Odin vs Survivor in an unfair fight where even Survive Mode Riders would be killed one on one. And every time Odin died he just found a new slob to mind control so he could ensure he had a rider there so he could take the wish for himself. It was a fixed battle royale from the start.

I don't agree; Micchy's plan was to save humanity through negociations with the Overlords, and by understanding them; he sent Mai to Roshuo and clearly said that if one human could be proof humanity could be worth saving, she would be the one. As such, it's not "merely" a coincidence.

The point is the Overlord weapons can actually hurt and wound them. Kouta was brought to the brink of death just from the wound to the chest.

Let's face it, that whole Roshuo death was badly handled.

Not really he let his guard down when he told Kouta that he had resolve and Redue took the chance to stab him in the back literally.

After this episode, I now suddenly wanna watch a Gaim side-story, where alien empires declare wars on each other as they search for the golden fruit.

Well, I'm actually pretty satisfied with this. A bit lost in some respects, but Urobuchi went the route I hoped and expected he would with Sagara. At this point, him becoming a "villain" or "final boss" would just be tacky. He's clearly not one (like Kyubey isn't one, believe it or not), and I think they went the best route with him. Sagara was going to go to another world no matter what happened, and if these powers granted the ability to be able to "rebel" against him, the past "victors" probably would have done it already anyway. I do have to wonder though - it almost seems like the "worlds" they were talking about this whole time weren't actually alternate universes, but maybe literal alien worlds? I'd assumed he'd jumped from reality to reality, and Helheim just bridged between them, but with how this wrapped up, I have to wonder if, rather than realities it traveled to, it was just traveling to other planets.

Anyway, the three months after bit was pretty well done, and I suppose the last episode will be to either say goodbye to Kouta or to fully welcome him as a true "Kamen Rider" or something.

Then again, once the show ends, I guess that stuff doesn't matter since we have the likes of Blade running around with everyone - on that note, I wouldn't count the Movie Wars out just yet. Megamax hit on a few notes for all three involved shows, remember, including OOO's ending. Core, meanwhile, addresses some loose ends and fleshes some stuff out on the W side, which led up to Accel.

Yeah? So can any weapons wielded by Kiwami Arms. There's nothing special about Overlord weapons. They're just weapons. Simply that. It's the wielders themselves that matter. I mean Ryugen Yomi is a glass cannon but it still hit REALLY hard regardless.

great episode and very powerful ending and i'm glad they went the direction they did it was great run and kamen rider drive has some big shoes to fill
